    Susan is an experienced senior Finance Executive, having commenced her career with KPMG in Brisbane before moving into the corporate sector.  Over a 25 year career in natural resources, Susan has held a number of finance and corporate development roles with Rio Tinto, Atlantic Richfield, Shell and Anglo American. Susan was most recently a senior executive with Anglo American in London.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Shane is Chief Operating Officer. Shane joined Energy Developments in 2007 and has held a number of roles and delivered a number of projects including the Moranbah 45MW WCMG project. Prior to joining Energy Developments Shane worked in the energy industry for 25 years and has experience in distribution, transmission, power generation, retail, construction and operations throughout Australia.

  • Mark Jonker

    Mark joined Energy Developments in 2002 and is responsible for leading the business development activities for the Clean Energy business. He has 18 years of experience within the Australian energy sector and has developed projects including gas pipelines and processing facilities, critical power infrastructure for mines and remote communities as well as grid connected gas power operations.

  • Jason Dickfos

    Jason joined Energy Developments in 2005 and started as the LNG Plant Project Manager for the West Kimberley Power Project. After completing the LNG Plant project Jason transitioned to Business Development.

    Prior to joining Energy Developments, Jason worked in the Oil and Gas industry for ten years developing, delivering, commissioning and operating remote Oil Refineries, Oil Fields and Gas Processing facilities in Australia and Papua New Guinea.

    Keith joined Energy Developments in July 2011. His role encompasses the identification; evaluation and introduction of technology not currently deployed within Energy Developments’ operating sites.

    Keith has over 35 years’ experience in the resources and energy sector in mine engineering, corporate, finance and advisory roles. Keith was a Director of CS Energy from 2011-2012, a Director of the Queensland Resources Council from 2006 to June 2011 and Chairman of its Exploration Committee from 2009-2011. He was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of coal exploration and development company Northern Energy Corporation from its conception in 2004 until June 2011.

  • Lisa France

    Head of Corporate Affairs

    Lisa France joined Energy Developments in 2018 to lead the global Corporate Affairs function.   A qualified environmental scientist, Lisa has worked in Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom on mining and infrastructure projects in the areas of stakeholder management, project approvals, environmental impact assessment and government engagement.

    Lisa was most recently the Energy Regional Director – Australia and Asia at Hatch and prior to joining Hatch, Lisa was elected to the Queensland Parliament as the State Member for Pumicestone, during which time she also served as Assistant Minister for Natural Resources and Mines and Assistant Minister for Finance, Administration and Regulatory Reform.

    Lisa will draw on her business, political and communication skills to support the continued growth of the Energy Developments business.

    Jim Grant joined Energy Developments in 2017 to lead the North American business. He has more than two decades of engineering and construction management experience in Canada and the United States, and has specifically focused on the biogas to energy market since 2006.

    Jim has designed, constructed and managed the operations of landfill gas generation stations and processing plants. He has also assembled and led diverse teams of empowered professionals to safely grow a business, and will be using those skills to expand Energy Developments’ portfolio in Canada and the United States.
